Welcome to a fun and memorable girls kite and yoga camp with Emely Freja and Villa Surf Garden!

3,5 days camp filled with kitesurfing, yoga and good vibes, with beautiful accommodation. The camp includes as much kite courses or coaching as possible and yoga everyday.

Our Villa is located only a few hundred meters off the coast from one of the best kitespots in Sweden, peacefully tugged in between old pine trees. Change in and out of your wetsuit at the Villa, wash off the sand in the hot outside shower, jump into the jacuzzi, pool and sauna for a well-deserved after-kite. Cozy and beautiful rooms with their own unique styles, comfy beds for the best sleep and get served delicious food, healthy snacks so you don’t go around hungry.

We would like to welcome you, no matter if you have never seen a kite before or if you have years of experience. To us, it doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or an experienced rider who is looking to get even better. All we ask is that you are ready for new experiences, new friendships, loads of fun and maybe a dash of inspiration.

Kitesurfing

Our goal is to have as much time as possible on the water. For beginners / less experienced there are 2 girls per instructor, and for the experienced Emely and other instructors will be coaching. We plan together to ensure that you get the most out of your time and that you get the best progression.

We have two great kite spots 2-5 minutes from us by bike, and many more spots close by car. We decide which kite spot we go to based on weather conditions and your wishes for the day.

Our main home spot is Ugglarp / Vassvik beach. This is a perfect spot for both beginners and pros, and for several types of kite style. It is a lagoon with flat water and outside there are waves.

If there will be time where it’s not windy or if it is desired to do other activities as well. We can go on a beautiful SUP adventure in Sweden’s “Amazonas” (Suseån), Fatbike ride in the fun forest trails right outside the door and on the beaches, learning to wing surf or do fun beach games.

Yoga

The yoga classes are adapted to new as well as advanced students can join. Everything is guided and adapted so everyone will get a benefit of the class. Yoga is not about competition and all you need is to show up exactly as you are. The yoga classes are based on hatha yoga but we will also touch elements of yin and vinyasa yoga. The yoga classes take place outdoors where we get the opportunity to inhale the clean fresh air deep down into your lungs.

Emely Freja - Yoga & Kiteinstructor

Emely has since 2010 lived her dream around the world. She has been training and teaching both kitesurfing and yoga. Emely is 2x danish and 2x Turkish kitesurfing champion (2019, 2020 & 2021). She has multiple kitesurfing instructor courses behind her. Both her parents are yogateachers and she grew up with this lifestyle. In 2015 she earned her title as 200RYT yogateacher through Yoga Alliance and has since shared her knowledge with yogastudents around the world. Her vast travel experience and passion for both water sport and yoga give her an extremely professional approach to her teaching in both kitesurfing and yoga.

Accomondation

When you stay at Villa to kitesurf, you put on your wetsuit at the Villa and then take a Rawbike or golf car 2 min down to the beach and the kite spot.
When we return from the beach, we have a hot outdoor shower where you can take off your wetsuit without getting cold, so you do not have to change on the beach, and if you wish you can go straight to the jacuzzi or sauna.
After an active and fun day, you can take it easy and enjoy the jacuzzi, the outdoor pool and sauna, while waiting for dinner to be served!

We make sure you do not go around hungry while you are at Villa Surf Garden! We serve a delicious and large breakfast, a filling lunch, raw food snacks between lunch and dinner and a 3-course dinner, and there is always fruit to eat. Otherwise we have an “honest bar”, where you can buy drinks and snacks.

You stay in a cozy and modern room together with one more person. Every room has their unique style, comfy beds and its own bathroom.

Kite storage to dry your wetsuit and put all your kite gear so you don’t have to ring that into your room.

Safety

Safety is our highest priority, but having fun comes right after. Therefore, we have decided to bring along Nicklas from “sakerhetsutbildningar.se”, who will teach you safety as CPR and what to do if something unforeseen happens when you are on the water or the beach.

How to get here

We are situated in Falkenberg, Sweden.

Car: address is Norregårdsvägen 12, 311 69 Ugglarp

Train: the train station is Falkenberg and we will pick you up at the station. The station is 15-20 min from the Villa by car.

Flight: you can fly into Copenhagen, Denmark (CPH) and take the train from the airport to Falkenberg. Öresundståg train. The train takes 2 hours.

Or you can fly into Gothenburg-Landvetter, Sweden (GOT). From there you take the bus to Gothenburg city and then the train to Falkenberg. The train takes 50 min.

Booking & Payment

In order for you to get the most out of your stay, it is super important that you tell us what level you are at, what you want to achieve during your stay here, and whether you have any allergies and / or requirements for certain types of food. We divide you into two groups, a group of beginners and some experienced who are split into teams of two on one instructor, and the other group is for more experienced people who want to be even better and be coached by Emely and our other much experienced instructors.

Beginner: 8 890 SEK

Never kited before, working on your transitions or working on going upwind.
Shared rooms – you share room with 1 person.

Coaching: 7 450 SEK
You can do transitions and go upwind. You want to improve your skills.
Shared rooms – you share room with 1 person.

Kite gear rental:
If you are a “beginner” and will have courses the gear are included.
If you are more experienced and will have coacing, you bring your own gear or you can rent from us.

Rental price per day:

kite + bar: 250 SEK
kite + bar + board: 300 SEK
kite + bar + board + harness: 350 SEK
twin-tip board: 250 SEK
strapless board: 400 SEK

If you choose to buy the type of equipment you have rented at the end of the camp, we do not charge for rent. Applies to used and new equipment

BOKNINGSPOLICY – For this event we use payment at reservation. You book and pay with credit card or you can get an invoice from Klarna.

If you have to cancel, you have to cancel at least 30 days before and you get 100% refund. If you cancel 14-30 days before you get a voucher. Less than 14 days before is no refund
